In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you that the owner of the website www.chewingmask.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) is Delicatessen Ideas Agitadas, S.L. with registered office at Carreró de les Carolines, 4-6, CP 08012 in Barcelona, with CIF B62780994 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, Volume 34268 , Page 66 , Section 8 , Sheet B241182 (hereinafter, “IDEAS AGITADAS”).

Any necessary communications between IDEAS AGITADAS and the User should be addressed to the Customer Service Department by sending an e-mail to info@chewingmask.com, by calling the number +34 932 376 866, or by sending a written communication addressed to our Customer Service Department, at the mentioned address above.

Our customer service hours are from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 15:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Fridays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

1. Acceptance of the Conditions of Use

1.1. The purpose of these Terms of Use is to regulate the provision of information and services provided by IDEAS AGITADAS through the Website.

1.2. By browsing the Web you automatically acquire the condition of User (hereinafter, “You” or “User”) and accept without reservations of any kind, each and every point of this Legal Notice.

6. Minors

In general, in order to use the service, minors must have obtained prior authorization from their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be responsible for all acts carried out through the Web. 7. Duration and termination

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of Barcelona.
